![]() The problem is, that specific range was meant to combat the ridiculous amount of SoJs being circulated due to the rampant duping and botting in the original. But for multiplayer, they kept the exact same range of 75 - 120 SoJs from the original game. They mentioned that, for single-player, they reduced the amount of SoJs you need to sell to just one. Yeah, DClone is another huge issue with this. I really hope that isn't the case, but I'm not exactly confident. The longer they go without addressing it, the more I feel like we're stuck with the console versions as-is. The thing that makes it worse is, they've been seeing all of the complaints since the early access beta, not just since launch! And I'm honestly shocked that they haven't made a statement about the console multiplayer experience yet, especially when you consider the amount of backlash they've been getting. I really don't think wanting the original D2 experience on console is too much to ask for. I realize that Blizzard isn't the developer they used to be, but how the fuck did the team look at the console version's matchmaking system and lack of communication, and think 'yep, this is a finished product, everyone did a great job'?! I don't mind playing on my own for MFing and initial questing, but the fact that I can't find anyone for Chaos/Baal runs, nor can I fucking communicate with randoms when it comes to trading, meaning I can't ask what they have, what they want for it, or even negotiate. I absolutely love the game itself, and the new graphics are fantastic, but the broken, sorry excuse of a 'matchmaking system' and the lack of lobbies, text chat, and /players is inexcusable. ![]() Last updated at 14:00:17 UTC Weekly Help Desk RAGE Loot Thread Trade ThreadĬan't argue with this at all as a PS5 player.
